"Come here all the time and today I really needed help from the pharmacist, I believe her name was Jessica who was absolutely lovely and pointed me in the direction of Logan, who was an absolutely saint and helped me figure out stuff for my blood sugar and walked me through the whole process!!!! She was so selfless and compassionate it seriously brought me to tears, what an absolute blessing it was to be around such caring individuals who stopped what they were doing to help me get everything straight. Brava to them and so so so grateful to see such amazing people helping nervous people like me just trying to navigate the unknown. Seriously so happy to have came in when I did. Thank you ladies!!!!!"

"Would not use this pharmacy. Wait times are extremely long. They do not fulfill prescriptions as promised. Visited this pharmacy 3 times on three different days to have a simple prescription refilled. Was told yesterday a prescription would be submitted this morning and could be picked up at 10 am. I waited until 11 and it was not ready"

"This Walgreens pharmacy is a joke. My husband’s prescription was supposed to be ready last night, didn’t get finished as several people were complaining of their poor service. Figured it would be done today 10.28.23. Come in today and its closed d/t staffing issues. Phone line holds are 20min + before talking to a pharmacy rep. At what point will there be proper staffing Walgreens?"

"Do not bother scheduling a flu shot online,it means nothing,our (my husband and I)appointment was 10:30 arrived at 10:20 had to line up to tell them we were here ,person ahead of us were walk in's for flu shots ,they were told it would be 20 minutes and they had to fill out paperwork ( we did everything on line) at 10:50 the walk-in was called for their shots, but were not in the waiting area we told the pharmacist we had an appointment at 10:30 he went back into the pharmacy ( thinking he would get our shots and information)then he came back out and called them again .We attempted to let the staff know before we left we were going elsewhere,were told" bye" no apology, just hostility. Very poor way of treating your customers. Don't offer appointment's if you can't honor them!"

"Like any bad relationship, the convenience of the location will keep you coming back to the same disappointment. Female staff in the pharmacy while cordial, show their true colors when talking trash to other staff as disappointed customers walk away, and customers in line get to hear all the punchlines. Don't bother calling, you'll have a better chance at discovering a cure for cancer before you are acknowledged by a human. And if your trying to call corporate for a complaint, it's much like trying to reach out to a one night stand the next day, their not calling back."
