The updates to the facilities are outstanding! Climate controlled boarding areas, small pools, fantastic toys, couches, and genuinely caring people. THERES NOTHING ELSE YOU COULD WANT! Long Ridge Road is the place to go! Update...its been a year later and I still wouldn't change one thing on the review except I wish there was another one in Tennessee! She is treated so well in their care that when we are taking her to board, we tell her she is going to Camp and she gets excited. The people there treat her as family. She gets plenty of outdoor exercise and socializes with similar size dogs. The staff is professional and knowledgeable in the proper care and handling of dogs. The facilities have always been clean and maintained well. We would not consider leaving our pet anywhere else. We have the highest confidence in her treatment and care."
