"Worst customer service EVER. Tried to call in refill. 1st call kept getting put on hold. Finally after 28 minutes I hung up. Waited 3 hours and tried again. After 23 minutes I hung up. From now on will take my prescriptions elsewhere. WORST PHARMACY IN VIRGINIA BEACH!!!!"

"One of the worst pharmacies I've ever dealt with! Half the time prescriptions that have been called in by the doctor don't get filled in a timely manner. I have to come back up twice and be inconvenienced for Walgreens incompetence!! Always a long wait!! Hate this pharmacy!!"

"This is the first review I’ve ever made. Hands down the WORST Walgreens location. The pharmacy is a complete mess. The Pharmacist that works at this location has short man syndrome and is a complete nuisance. I gave this location many tries because of convenience but I switched everything over to Riteaid, the Pharmacist there is great! Please believe the reviews and avoid this place like a plague."

"This Walgreens loves to put medication back days and I mean DAYS before the app says they will. Then you call to try to explain and literally nothing happens. You call and you wait on hold 10+ min every single time. I moved my medicine here because the other location was to busy but I’ll hands down be going back to the other location. When I asked about them putting it back they told me they don’t follow up app so what’s the app for? Not to mention the “ assistant manager “ who called herself a manager a few weeks ago had the worst attitude. The real manager called me and gave me a 10$ coupon to come back and legit it was even worse than the time I complained about. I can’t wait to move my meds except there’s a few meds that can’t be moved virtually. It’s nothing but a train wreck here and it's a horrible joke. Once my phone call is answered after being on hold 15+ min as of now I’ll be moving all my medication back to the other Walgreens who was genuinely busy but not rude."
