"**response: first off it wasn't an emergency. It was a regular appointment/consult. But what you are saying that if it was an actual emergency that makes the cost 4xs the amount because things are more expensive on short notice? Good to know. The people are nice however their prices are ridiculous and they refused to give us a price breakdown for our frenchie's surgery. They would only give us a price range of $4200-$4400 but won't break it down why it would be those prices. HUGE RED FLAG! They don't want to break it down because the average price of the surgery is $1200-$1500 at other vets. Don't let them con you out of money. Make sure you get second opinions because they just seem money hungry. They obviously have some metrics to get to the estimate they gave us but they refuse to share it with us."

"I took my senior poodle to BluePearl to be seen by the dermatology specialist. My experience in the office was excellent! All of the staff is pleasant, compassionate and friendly. I was seen right at my appointment time. The doctor and technician spent a great deal of time with me to understand my dog's history and concerns/reason for the appointment. Dr. Jensen spent time going over all of my options and helped me best understand so I could make informed decisions about my dog's care. I felt cared for and the staff treated my dog with kindness and love. The office is very clean. I would highly recommend the specialty center at this location!"

"I had recently gone to a 24 hour pet hospital. Unfortunately, my puppy fractured his shoulder. I was told he would need an expensive surgery. My local veterinarian told me it didn’t sound right and I should contact Blue Pearl. Thankfully I did. I was told by the doctors there that my puppy needed a special bandage and his fracture would heal without surgery. They saved me so much money. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor explained everything to me so well. I found their prices to be very reasonable. My puppy haze managed to wiggle out of his bandage the next morning.I called them that morning and they squeezed me in to re-bandage him. I would also like to add my puppy is very hyper, so I’m not surprised he managed to wiggle out of it. They are all around an awesome establishment. A+++++!"
