"Here are some of the many reasons why Simply Upholstery has a perfect rating: Customer service is outstanding. Craftsmanship is impeccable. Pricing is very competitive. Hakan provided an accurate estimate of yardage needed for a pair of swivel chairs. This was super important because the fabric was ordered from Europe. He accepted delivery of the chairs and the fabric, which arrived weeks apart. The large repeat of the fabric was mirrored perfectly on the chairs. He responded to every email and question within one day. His wife helped with lumbar pillows, which were a last minute addition and they turned out great. They even selected a zipper pull that matches the fabric color perfectly. Delivery to DC was reasonably priced and on time. (A rarity these days!) Truly cannot say enough positive things about this business! I will be taking all my future projects to them and recommending them to everyone for upholstery needs."
