"Awaken is an incredible spa. The facility was clean, quiet and the aura was excellent. I loved that tea was provided upon entry and the room I was in was dim and peaceful and really set the tone for relaxation. I had a body wrap, massage and sauna session with Madi and she was incredible! She was there to greet me and provided me some options to customize my experience from my aromatherapy scent to tea flavor to shower infuser. I was pleasantly surprised because I’ve never had such a personalized spa experience before. She talked me through everything, regularly invited me to ask questions and constantly made sure I was comfortable. Madi was a rockstar!! She made my first time at Awaken a peaceful and memorable experience."

"I went to Awaken yesterday for the first time to get a 90 min massage with Parker and I do not have enough good things to say about my experience. From the second I walked into Awaken, I was greeted by everyone and offered water or tea. I arrived early to my appointment and Parker was able to see me early which was great! Prior to my appointment, I filled out a form indicating what areas I wanted him to focus on, what pressure I wanted, what complimentary add ons I wanted, etc. When I first starting talking to Parker he remembered the details of what I put on the form! It may be such a little thing, but I was impressed that he took the time to read my form and remember what I wanted. He confirmed those were still my areas of concern and that I still wanted my chosen complimentary add ons. Parker made me feel so comfortable throughout our massage. It was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. He made sure the pressure was satisfactory for me and he did focus on my areas of concern. Parker did cupping on me in my areas of concern, used hot stones multiple times on different areas, used aroma therapy, and used hot towels which was a first for me! My lower back was in extreme pain prior to my appointment and I thought I was going to have to see a chiropractor multiple times to feel better, but I walked out of my massage feeling like I was floating on air. No pain in my back that night or today! I would absolutely go see Parker again. I 100% recommend booking with him if you can! The BEST massage I’ve received yet."

"I loved everything about my experience! I had another appointment booked at a different place… who canceled last minute. With three days to go, I feverishly searched the web and came across Awaken! The website was super convenient and I was able to get an appointment to replace my other! I was worried about parking, but had no trouble finding street spots. The atmosphere inside was wonderful. There was no hustle bustle or things to purchase. Kai was very warm and professional. He was very attentive to my requests and did a fantastic job! I loved how the add ons were included! I got hot stones and tried cupping. I would definitely recommend Kai and Awaken over and over!!"
