"First of all Thank you to my boyfriend sister for gifting us with Spa for Christmas... Lol I never been to a spa nor had any physical therapy so just imagine how tense I was lol. Upon entry Caitlyn greeted us and was very attentive and friendly when it came to our appointment. She was very patient when it came to me filling out my disclaimer as I didn't receive one upon the arrival. They have a kiosk to use for filling out your information and they ask personal health questions for anyone who may have certain symptoms and need different attention to certain areas. I like how quick and easy it was when it came to filling out the information. The Lobby was empty and we were immediately seated in the waiting room where they had fresh orange water that was very fulfilling and tasty. We were then greeted by two massage therapist one male one female. I received the male(Dontè) who was again very friendly and open.What I liked about Dontè was not only that he was good at what he do but he talked the whole massage as some people like quiet, sleep, read and or listen to music. I like to talk so we had a very good session! The time didn't pass fast while i was having a good time at all lol. He slowed it down for me and got deep into my tissue as that was my request. Upon his entrance before the massage he asked me about myself and what type of massage i requested for the evening!! The atmosphere was such a vibe and it was a different experience as it was me and boyfriend first massage. They definitely set the bar high. I would like to try a facial next time. This was A GREAT EXPERIENCE for my first time I definitely would recommend here located in the staples plaza across the street from Marshall's and Target. "I was gifted a membership for a year and had never been before. I was worried I wouldn’t like it and be committed for a year. I made an appointment for an hour massage and was paired with the therapist named Adara. She was fantastic. I asked her half way through if “she was a mom” as I felt such care in her hands. She did a lot of extra things like warm towels and taking extra care in sore spots. I have had massage therapists many times before so I can say from experience this therapist was well trained and knew what she was doing. The front desk people in person and on the phone provided excellent customer service as well. I really loved it! Also the access to the hydro luxe water massage table machine is an extra great benefit for members. I highly recommend the whole place."

"Every time I visit Massage Luxe I always walk out feeling like a million bucks. Matthew is my primary massage therapist, but when he is off I visit Charli. Both of them are absolutely amazing. They provide an excellent service that has become an essential part of my self care routine... I walk in tense & stressed but they are awesome removing my "stress knots". The team blew away my expectations starting with a quick and easy check-in and calming spa atmosphere. My therapist, Arnold, took care to listen to my requests and check in a few times on my comfort levels. Most importantly, this was one of the first times in a decade of getting massages that I felt like I had lasting soreness relief. The massage pressure wasn’t hard so I assume the technique was just very good. And to top it off, I got to try the hydro massage table afterward for a few more minutes of free relaxation."
