When she showed up they said they couldn’t accommodate and did not offer a refund, said they they would contact her by the end of the day for a Saturday appointment at 4pm…. No contact so we decided to drive by there… no one was there the building was closed… still haven’t received a refund or the service we paid for…. For a wellness place that is supposed to help with stress and relaxation this has been everything but! I also made a comment on their Instagram which instead of dealing with and reaching out they have removed and blocked my profile..... shows what type of business you are dealing with."
