"I took my dog here and after they were done and I got home and reviewed the bill I saw they charged me $94.00 for the initial office visit and consultation -10% as I’m over 65 yrs of age, which I thought was Outrageous I called other vets in this area and they said they charge $60.00 and the other charged $65.00 which is about right, I sent this vet a text wanting an explanation on why they charge so much and was told by Steve ( he said he was the mgr. and said he called other vets in this area and that their prices were the norm, I told him that I too called other vets in this area and they said they charged between $60.00 and $65.00 for an office visit and and proceeded to say to Steve that I believe he was lying when he again said he called 10 other vets and they charged the same then he said he didn’t want to argue which I don’t blame him as I did not either, Their prices are Outrageous and I encourage anyone to Chang vets where the prices are within the norm, I will Never go back to VCA Brentwood ever again, the people at VCA Brentwood are very nice and courteous but the prices are out of hand and can get the same care at other vets where the prices are much more reasonable, No reason to pay those prices and they also charged $85.00 for an ear culture which is Ridiculous, I’m new here to Virginia and have been working dogs for over 40 yrs and have felt with many vets offices including Cornell University and they don’t charge outrageous prices as VCA Brentwood does, if I could give them a zero I would"

"Been going here for years. Great doctors, great staff. Its unfortunate that there is a vet shortage. The barrier for entry should be lower (with adequate training) and the pay should be higher for these people. It's not good when you cant get your animals to a doctor quickly even if you have the money. Thank you to the Doctor and the staff for there service."

"Been bringing my pets here for 2 years now. Two dogs. They have been helpful with my military schedule. Treated my dogs nicely and have been lovely everytime I come. They were even helpful when I had to find with other vet clinics outside if them. Can say im satisfied with their services and hope they continue to remain helpful. Please be kind to the staff. Veterinary clinics are overworked and underpaid."
