"Seemed a nice place to work but unfortunately the manager gave me a terrible experience. After scheduling a phone interview, I had to call the front desk at the appointed time and wait for the manager to remember she had asked me to schedule a phone interview. When going into the in person interview, I was given a tour and told I could shadow a while. The tech then tried to confirm with me that I’d be there for 3 hours, and I told them that I was never told that and that I couldn’t stay as I had traffic court. On top of all that (and I must say I was overqualified for the job in question), I didn’t even receive any communication about a decision. So a practice whose manager can’t keep her phone interviews straight, who can’t communicate that she’s intending to take 3 hours of my time, and then who can’t have the common courtesy to tell me about the decision for my candidacy after giving them two hours of my time seems to be a red flag. Seems like the practice should take on a new manager. You hiring?"
"Everyone was so nice and patient with my Brady. The fear free approach was what brought us in and we were very content with how Brady was treated. They didn’t push to do things he wasn’t comfortable with and were very patient with him. 10/10 experience."
"Hands down the best vet service I've experienced in the area. My girls used to be terrified of the vet, despite all the positive reinforcement in the world. Now they get excited when I say the word vet! Sure, there are other more affordable places to go, but for me it more than makes up for the price. Our vet treats them like they were her own, and I couldn't want for more."
"Dr Matthews was a pleasure and was so good with Selene. A fear free experience was so important to us and they were well prepared with non slip surfaces on the scale and in the exam room. There were a variety of treats and everything went smoothly."
"We noticed that our newborn kitten (six days old) had a hard knot in his chest which was extremely distressing and needed to have him seen immediately. We were able to get a same day appointment - we didn't call until after 12pm. No hassles about rabies shots. Very affordable, $60 for the visit. They have a no fear policy, seperate lobbies rooms for anxiety free waiting areas and a staff of wonderful employees who absolutely LOVE animals. They immediately wrapped him in a warmed plushie which was scented with feline calming pheromones. There was even a calming diffuser plugged into the outlet in the examination room, which was nice and toasty for our little one. Our veterinarian was very comforting, patient and thorough. No attempt to extort us for unnecessary x-rays or other procedures. She took her time with our little Klaus Mousher. Gently examined him, explained his condition, which is an extroverted sternum. Identified potential developmental complications and gave us indicators to be aware of and educated us to the queens standard of care for healthy and poorly thriving kittens. She assured us of his overall good health and even snuggled our little cat potato. We spent about 30 minutes in office with her. She even fielded all of the children's questions which ranged from kitten poop (their favorite subject) to cannibalism with the utmost patience and presence. She was completely involved and an absolute professional."
