CVS Pharmacy

"Justin in Pharmacy is a complete Godsend! For the past 3 years I have begged CVS to please convert my different accounts into 1. My name is in the system under my married hyphenated name and married last name without hyphenated. I’ve also moved a couple times.. so it’s safe to say I dread coming to pick up refills since no one can ever locate my correct account. They all offer “to fix” the issue and convert into one but none have everrrr. And adding to that, I stumbled upon this pharmacy by assuming I was at the correct pickup location and was completely at the wrong one. SMH!! Justin was soooo helpful and PATIENT in handling all of my shenanigans. (Smile). He gave directions to the “correct” location, I asked “does that location have drive thru”(too lazy to go inside) ugh. He answered “no mam they do not”. I asked “Justin would you be a Dear and transfer those prescriptions from there to here”. Without hesitation .. he fixed me right on up. I’m going to keep going to this location simply because of Justin. Being that I don’t have to use this one.. the one off Atlee is also convenient and nice.. but the 7500 block CVS off Staples Mill is a winner! Eventhough there was a homeless person sleeping on the backside of the store."

"Too busy talking on the phone to service customer with vaccine appointment, even after 20 minutes past the appointed time. These are very low quality employees. Save yourself the aggravation and use another CVS, it couldn't be worse than this one."

"I shop here all of the time and every single employee helps me find what I need, especially the Pharmacy! I thank them for becoming a part of my life, as they all know me! They are the most caring individuals that I have met here in Richmond, and will help in any way that they can. I have No Idea what those other reviews were about. They probably have the wrong CVS store!"
