"Just had another bad experience (my second) with the same pharmacist woman as described in another review here. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt as I know being a pharmacist is a thankless job. However, she is extremely rude. I came to pick up my prescription that they texted me was ready and the man behind the counter said "it's out of stock". I asked if there was any way I could pick it up at another location because I needed the medication. He went and talked to this woman and she came storming over to the window, immediately raising her voice at me about how it was out of stock within a certain radius and there was nothing they could do about it, and that I need to talk to my doctor. She then set the phone down and just walked away from the counter. I am not a confrontational person and In no way did I act upset or get mad at them that they didn't have my medication, I simply asked if they could possibly find it at another cvs. A lot of people rely on their medications for day to day function and if you can't be the least bit helpful or informative, you may be in the wrong profession."

"Went to pick up a Rx from this location after I receive a text message that it was ready for pick-up, get to the pharmacy where a blonde hair older woman (RUDE), said that the systems were down. Long story short she was just rude and nasty and did not want to explain what I should do regarding my rx. It was my first and last time at this pharmacy. If you get rude and nasty then "WE" are considered aggressive."

"I'm not sure what kind of experience the other reviewer had at this CVS to warrant only 1 star, but I've been going to this pharmacy for about 5 years regularly and I have always been treated with great respect, asked if I had any questions about my prescriptions, and if I needed anything else every visit. My prescriptions have always been filled in a very timely manner. I've been asked if I needed a flu shot yearly. They have worked with my insurance to get me the lowest cost. The staff has been nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this CVS pharmacy for all your medication needs and I have no other affiliation with the company. This is a voluntary review."
