"Awful customer service. Middle aged woman with glasses working the closing shift needs training on how to talk to people & be more empathetic in general."

"I normally like this store but this is the third time I go get coffee and They either don’t have any or I get less than a half of a small cup and get charged full price. Nice to charge that when I didn’t get a full cup before it ran out. I normally buy two large cups at one time like I was gonna do then if I could have. I normally don’t complain but this is literally the third time this is happened in less than 30 days"

"I have always felt safe going to this 711, but today I didn't. They are protecting their employees with the partitions but not the customers, by having people wear a mask. I have never seen so many people without one since this out break, no wonder we have gone up so high."

"The 7Eleven on George Washington HWY here in Gloucester, Virginia is one of the best places to go get gas and snacks for when your out on the road traveling either for work or home. The workers there are really nice and friendly and always willing to be helping out their costumers when needed."
