"This pharmacy and their staff are the absolute worst, trying to get simple answers is worse than pulling teeth, they are rude and condescending to customers. The absolute lack of care shows from the top down, not that they care but after 14 years of being their customer, I will be moving pharmacies to one that cares more about their customers."
"I recently moved and had my doctor send my prescription to this pharmacy. I never got any notification of my refill so I called the pharmacy. They looked my information and up refilled it for me and told me when I could pick it up. I got a text notifications when it was ready. I picked it up, cost the usual amount. I had no issues"
"Absolutely horrible I have been using this pharmacy for 2 years and when I started with them it was great now they have horrible customer service. I always have problems with my prescriptions. I never had a pharmacy that doesn’t let you know when your refills are not available ahead of time and when you ask questions there is always a sarcastic response from one of the young ladies that work here. I am no longer using them and will tell everyone. SMH"
"I have been with this pharmacy for a long time, but every time, went to pickup my medicine i felt like the pharmacists there are not friendly or welcome. Lately was beginning of July, I pickup another medicine, the pharmacy face show me that i was there to interrupted her. They look at me like i was there to beg for medicine. Actually my insurance covered it. We, the customers, have paid for those pharmacists. Next time of my dr visit, i will switch to the other pharmacy. I have a lot pharmacies surrounding. I had better experiences with Walgreens down there by Hoadly Road. I will go back there again. Or try the one that is in Minivieville Rod."
