"This CVS is TERRIBLE!! Many reasons, but 2 examples are 1) My daughter needed her meds transferred from one CVS to another and our CVS didn’t do anything to expedite it knowing she couldn’t go a day without it. When we were told it was ready, we went through the drive through, waited forever, get up to the window, and the pharmacist himself opened the window and told my daughter, “I don’t have time for you.” , shut the window and walked away!!! Number 2) I went through the drive through, waited forever, gave the man my new flex acct. card to pay for it not knowing it hadn’t been activated yet. He tells me my card didn’t work so he charged my credit card on file. I have NEVER given CVS permission to keep a card on file, and he didn’t even ask me if I would like to use that card to pay for it! He took my card and before he told me it was declined, he charged my card “on file”! That was completely unacceptable!!! I had cars in back of me honking and yelling at me because of this. Then to top it off, he put the closed sign up in the window and walked away which pissed the people behind me even more. EVERYTIME I go to this CVS there is a problem, EVERYTIME! Stay away is my advise! This is the CVS on Pickwick Rd in Centreville, Va. AWFUL!!!! That man AND that pharmacist should have been fired for that, inexcusable!!!"
"After calling CVS Caremark, and them calling the pharmacy directly, I was assured that there would be a 30-day supply of my medication when I arrived, as it would be filled in another hour. After waiting 3 hours before going to the pharmacy, I arrived and they informed me that they were out of stock of my medication. The person at the drive-thru disappeared for 10 minutes, then came back and put a 3-day supply of my medication in the drawer, with a clipboard for me to sign for the prescription, and a survey form. She never looked out the window at me, never asked if that was what I needed, and basically wrote me off as soon as she put the clipboard in the drawer. Luckily there was no charge for the medication, so I signed the form, put it back in the drawer, took my medicine and left.\n\nI absolutely despise this location, they have done me even worse in the past, and if I didn't have to deal with him I wouldn't. I truly wish I did not have to deal with CVS at all, but unfortunately I still have to because of my insurance."
"A sign appears at night on the drive thru window “Register broken. Must come inside.” Really? The register is broken EVERY night I’m there? I would have more respect if the sign said “Understaffed” or “Too lazy to man the window” so as not to insult your customers with blatant lies. Zero stars if it was possible. Poor service."
"Told me to sit and wait for my prescription it would take a few minutes I’ve been here for over an hour and he has helped people that came after me and completely ignored me when he knows I’ve been waiting here patiently… seriously this is so rude and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and I’ve been to this cvs multiple times and the new manager or who is running this place is absolutely horrible. I don’t understand why he would tell me to sit and wait and it will take a few minutes and I’ve been here over an hour and he’s obviously been helping people who came after me. This is not ok. Again, I’ve been here multiple times had no problem but this new guy is absolutely awful. I’m still here waiting… no help, no nothing. Update: I finally walked up to him and he said, “oh you’re still here?” When he obviously can see I’ve been waiting here. He is saying, “I will expedite it.” It’s been almost an hour and a half now. He basically laughed at me that I’ve been waiting patiently for my prescription… and I’m still waiting. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been here multiple times with no problems. Khalid is his name & he should be fired in my opinion. I’ve never felt this disrespected in my life. Update: it took almost 2 hours to get my prescription. So unprofessional & rude."
"I was picking up a controlled substance. A medication used to treat opioid addiction, and the pharmacy manager treated me like a junkie and acted as if I was seeking drugs, asked me inappropriate questions that made me and treated me like I was shady because of the medication that I was on … then when she was questioned about her behavior .. SHE LIED and said I was rude and used abusive language . Wow . I’m taking this complaint . To the top . I have an appointment to be interviewed live to tell it . See I don’t need to lie . Because the truth was enough to be upset about . Shame on you lady . If your gonna act like that . Own it . Don’t lie . Coward ."
