"The entire staff here are very caring and thoughtful. Every visit they have taken the time to consider the special needs of both my cats. I highly recommend VCA for anyone looking for the best care for their pet family."
"i've never had a bad experience before i brought my new addition into VCA Centreville. i brought in a new kitten (keep in mind i work in vetmed) for a wellness exam. he had an URI, +/- ear infection and presented for a wellness exam. i brought my nine week old kitten in for an exam/general wellness. as someone who actively works in vetmed, i expect the same treatment i would give a kitten: space, respect, and a general sense of security. i understand not all kittens want attention or want to be picked up. give the animal space. i had a tech/assistant (not 100% sure) pick my kitten up while he was obviously distressed and he swatted her in the face which is completely unusual. please, give kittens some space, don't pick them up if you don't know their history, and listen to the body language of your patients. you're a primary care facility, give my animal space and time to open up. please dont immediately reach to grab him and expect kisses. he's too young and doesn't like being held yet. if he tells you no the first time, you LISTEN. i've worked in er, exotic practices, and speciality practice - LISTEN to your patients! not all of them want to be held and not all of them want to be pet. if they're telling you they're uncomfortable, you LISTEN - not grab them and expect a happy response from a deaf kitten. please don't immediately scoop up a kitten without knowing their background."
"Had our 9 year old miniature poodle in for routine exam and vaccinations today. Dr. Grogan and her assistant were both great! It’s always a great experience here."
"Love Dr. Taylor and staff. Facility is always clean and tidy. They are always so welcoming and patient with my super rambunctious big baby. Highly recommend."
"Our 16 year old Persian long haired cat never needed a bath until recently so we took him to a full service groomer who attempted to bathe him but had to give up because he was too aggressive. Then we took him to Centreville Animal hospital where they gave him a veterinary exam, blood tests and then sedated him to give a complete bath, sanitary trim and claw trim. The old cat looked beautiful, smelled fresh and he was in a better disposition than he has had for years. Today we took him back for another sanitary trim and brush out. The staff is wonderful, they treated him very quickly and he is a very clean and happy cat again."
