"Amazing care. I recently switched here from another hospital for my dog and cat. For the past few years(I think there was a change of management) we were being treated like money bags without much concern for our dog. My dog is old and in so much pain in his rear legs. On our first visit to Caring Hands, Dr. Kubalski was kind, took my concerns seriously, and prescribed a first-line medication, and said upon second visit if it isn't helping we will look into other options. I was provided with a detailed, itemized receipt and I was asked BEFORE they gave a service they charge for(at my old vet, this was an issue). Upon my second visit, Dr. Arkhipova was so nice and so was the vet tech. They listened to my concerns and took them seriously, in addition they treated my small, old, hard-of-hearing dog, Tug, with kindness. Dr. Arkhipova prescribed a new medication for arthritis, and it is helping him so much, it has turned our house happy again. He can again go for walks to the river, which makes him so happy. Thanks Caring Hands, unknown blonde tech, Dr. Kubalski, and Dr. Arkhipova!"

"My experience with this clinic has been excellent so far. They were able to get my service dog, Cheddar, in for a sick visit the same day I called due to a cancellation (even as a new patient). He's been a little nervous around new people lately, but he absolutely loved Dr. Kulbaski and vet tech Dena. They were both so kind and caring with him. Their protocol to prevent spreading illness was great as well, and they've been amazing with answering my many follow up questions via email. So grateful to have found such a good vet close by that I can trust with caring for my sweet boy."

"If you live in Centreville and need vet services - you should be going here. If you live in neighboring areas - you should also consider coming here. I have various vet clinics nearby my house but I choose to commute to this location because they’re that good! I have been with them for several years now and fully endorse this team. The front desk staff, technicians and doctors are amazing! Friendly and Knowledgeable. The thing about vet clinics is yes - vet visits and money are sometimes a big worry - but I’ve never once felt pressured or reluctant to have my two golden retriever boys treated and cared for here. Keyword - “cared for”. These guys really provide a level of service I’d assume most people would expect when taking care of their beloved fur family. They give us all our options and their recommendations the right way. For nearly every visit here my wife, my two golden retrievers and I have worked with Dr. Kulbaski! We definitely recommend her from our first-hand experiences. I fully trust her judgement, expertise and level of care. She’s just been “on-point” as our veterinarian!! Just can’t say enough about her and the team! The crazy and sad thing is the fact we are moving to a different state in a couple weeks. So, I wanted to take the time to write this review cause they really do deserve it. This team has definitely set the bar high for me of expectations from vet clinics. It’s going to be “interesting” (hard) to see what we find in the state we move to. And we will have to see if we get as lucky as we did here."
