"Movie scheduled to start at 7 get there a little late no worries we got the ads, get my prepaid ticket which I have to give my phone to the clerk so she can read off the conformation number which is a little weird but no a huge deal, get my drink get in the theater, walk across floors that would make me think hmm this must be a teenagers bathroom (sticky) , finally get to my seat and behold the movies screen what a site to behold big and Green? Yes the screen was green playing only what can I attest to be late 20s elevator music and there I sat waiting and wondering, is this movie ever gonna start? NOPE!! Finally left after 30 minutes of staring at a green wall, however they were nice about giving you your money back, so if it were me just don’t waste your money here, drive the extra 15 to Valley View Grande. At least the movies start on time."
"This is a nice theater. I went in the midweek so there wasn't much of a crowd at all. The prices seemed rather reasonable considering the theatrical experience. I would recommend people check out this theater."
"Only one viewing time for Sound of Freedom at 10:20 PM. Will have to go to Roanoke to see it in the daytime or early evening. It's as if AMC theaters would like me to take my business elsewhere."
"Great to see a movie during the day. Us two and another two were the only ones there at a 1pm movie today. Only ya could kinda hear the movie next door and the seats are just standard old school seats not as comfy as the new school ones but decent lil theater, nice staff and we lucked out as it wasn't busy until after the show. Only thing I'd ask of management is to put bleach and deodorizer in the drain in the women's restroom. It kinda stunk a bit and came from that drain. Other than that, nice time. : ) update: 2nd visit ran into a weird couple who was in the front row and it looked like they were doing inappropriate stuff. I let the Asian lady up front know and she said she'd check on it but I never saw anyone come in to check on it. My concern was that there were two younger guys in there with us and I didn't think that was cool in a public space. Someone ought to be going in theater to check for junk like this. Thank you"
"A very nice theatre on the inside, so don't let the somewhat worn looking exterior deter you from visiting. The sound system was excellent, the floors were not sticky, the movie crispness was great and staff were friendly. The lobby, restrooms and all interior facilities were very clean. We went to see AIR, about marketing Air Jordon shoes, and it was a delightful well written story. We felt as if it was a private showing, because there were only 4 patrons for this movie discount matinee, and 3 of us were together. Due to the cleanliness and low matinee attendance, think we'll try out this theatre again instead of Tanglewood AMC."
