"The Salem Y is an inviting, collegial place to spend an hour or two on a daily basis. I take part in exercise classes, swim and play pickleball regularly. My only question about any of this is that there be more pickleball hours during the week and on weekends. The staff is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful; the instructors knowledgeable and enthusiastic and the pickleball crowd always supportive, competitive and fun to be around."
"A good variety of exercise classes are offered with very good instructors. All of the equipment is top notch. A very nice facility! I just wish it had a better indoor track to run on. All of the ladies who work the front desk are very helpful and pleasant."
