"This park is a great place for kids to play or have gatherings. The bathrooms are always clean and the area is always clean. There are BBQ areas and there are areas that are clearly for younger children. Safe place to play, most definitely."
"A great city park with plenty of places to walk and picnic, a stage, and more. The kids play area is great - my 7yo keeps going down the slide and saying "best slide ever!". Little kids have a separate play area by the bigger one including a cool swing with a seat for parent across from baby swing so you can sit on it with them and rock them. Bathrooms are stainless steel but have real plumbing and are gender inclusive."
"I gave it 3 stars because the entrance from Main Street is not really obvious and when coming in from there, there's a lot of signs that say Private Property and no vehicles past this point, it makes it confusing! Also the bathrooms are closed everytime we come. Moving aside from that its the perfect spot to walk and play at the play ground, throw some hoops. It's clean and open, a little jewel right smack in the middle of the busyness of Salem, is the perfect little spot to slow down and play."
"Beautiful park for Relay for Life. Great for kids, nice layout with bathrooms and stage locations. The track was relatively flat. The only drawback is that parking is limited, an afterthought, really. Scoring a space there is lucky and still a hike to get into the park proper from the lot. Other than the parking stress, it's lovely."
