We checked a few places in the mall and decided on Lovisa due to the cleanliness of the store, how nice the staff was, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Selena did a great job. "Tammy and Lydia we two of the sweetest people I met. I went in not knowing what kind of piercing I want and they each helped me. They gave me their opinions, were patient when I was indecisive, and were SUPER clean. She sanitized her hands before even touching me, washed her hands before piercing, and wore gloves. She also made sure that I was sanitized too.Best place I’ve ever got a piercing and SOO cheap $45 for 24ct gold plated earrings. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!"

"I love this store! I work right next door and it’s my biggest weakness! They stay having good sales and I love that you can stack the deals as well a lot of places limit you! It’s nice going into a well lit jewelry store that’s clean and organized ..for me it’s retail therapy. Being able to touch and feel the quality of items vs shopping online! "I don’t typically leave reviews, much less bad ones. I bought a nose ring at 1:00 pm today; did not open it & came back at 2:30 to ask for an exchange because I realized the nose ring looks too big. I didn’t want a refund, just an exchange. The woman at the counter who I assume is the owner, was too busy talking on the phone to inform me of any refund policy. She literally did not get off the phone the whole time i was in the shop. Or while i was checking out. In print at the very bottom of the receipt, it says no refunds for body jewelry. I wouldn’t have bought it if she had mentioned prior to me leaving about their refund policy. I’ve shopped she plenty of times & I will not be coming back. Also, she was STILL talking on the phone when I came back at 2:30 asking about an exchange. She’s more worried about gossiping than successfully running her shop."
