Muse Paintbar - VA Beach 4500 Main Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23462

"We recently visited this studio with a large group of co-workers. The studio was big enough to separate out our group of 20 into a side room using these cool glass garage doors! I think every one of us had never done a sip-n-paint before (there were 2 that had painted before) and everyone walked out of there with a fantastic painting! Our "muse" (artist who led us) was so patient and helped some of us on a one on one basis. The bar had a nice selection of wines, beers and seltzers and a great selection of bar food to nibble on. I highly suggest this for a perfect date night. It's a great time to put down the phone, have a glass of wine and PAINT!"

"Went to the couples paint night on August 26th as a first date. We had a lot of fun and I love how our bridge paintings turned out, but there were some issues. We were stuck in the far corner on the same side of the wall that the teacher was on, so the canvases faced away from us the whole time. The teacher, god bless him, tries his best to turn the canvases or hold them up so everyone can see, but thats difficult to do when the room is packed. We had to more or less go by what he was saying without visual aid. My suggestion would be to have TVs or projection screens in different areas of the room that streams whats happening on the teacher's canvas, so that those facing away from the teacher can see what they are doing and don't miss out on important steps. The room was also very hot in the couple painting area but much cooler in the area where single paintings were being taught. Not sure if the AC wasn't working on our side of it we were just in an unfortunate location. Still, I enjoyed my experience and think that if they ever made it so that people in the corners or facing away from the front of the room can see their teacher work, it would be a new favorite activity for future dates or events. The teacher was very fun and charismatic, I just wish I could have watched him paint!"

"What a lovely experience! My partner and I experienced our very first paint night here and let me tell you… it was so much fun! The atmosphere was easy going and calm. The instructor was super cool and helpful. She was easy to understand and Kerrick who was helping us out with drinks and pointers was also amazing.
