"Very disappointed at an associates' behavior toward my grandson. She basically asked for a toy his younger brother had picked up on a shelf and accused him of taking it out of a box ( which it was never in). This was totally uncalled for. I am a store manager for a retail store myself and would never condone my associates being accusatory to any patron. Good luck keeping customers with associates like this."

"I was just ther to get some things I don’t know how you all train your employees there when I when to check out my cashiers name was Nericka she there my stuff in my bag did say hi or have a nice day I will never come back to you all my job we speak to are guest pls have a meeting with all your employees about how to be polite to your customers thah makes a huge difference I am not like that to my customers she need to be fired"

"I was looking at a canopy display called somebody over the lady that came over was very rude all I asked her if she had the same one in the back I didn't see it on the floor for that price and that color she begins to show me another one with a different price and different color and all she had to say was we didn't have anything in the back and then begins to tell my husband if we couldn't afford $20 more for a different canopy that we need to get another job she was very rude my question was if they had that one for that price so I got furious walked up front to pay for my items so I can leave she followed us a front to where the register was and begin to tell my son if he ever brushes his hair couldn't get her name she had no name tag on was very furious my husband told her that he has dreads but is none of her business so disrespectful been to this location many times never had any issues I will never be back"

"Manager is extremely rude!!! Not sure how my call went left.... All I needed to do is speak to my very courteous representative that I have been dealing with about my chair order. He works at several Roses locations and I thank God he does not work at this one. (I called the wrong store) They must not give training for customer service there because that would be absolute hypocrisy! The manager hung up in my face twice during my explanation that im just trying to get to my representative. She stated that I was hostile when she asked me what order am I calling for, I said" a chair order" and she stated that, " I didn't have to be hostile". I said "Huh! How am I being hostile" and she hung up. I called back to confront her and ask why she did that and that I have no reason to be hostile. It's a simple conversation. She said "he doesn't work here". I said she "could've just said that instead of being so rude". She told me "not to tell her what to say" and she hung up again. My lord, people!!! That location will never get my business. Keep up the good work! You'll be closing that store soon."

"Prices were okay or a little cheaper compared to Big Lots, Ollie’s or other discount stores. Lots of Christian wall sayings & canvas prints. Lots of little “I didn’t realize I needed that” stuff so I put about 8 things in my cart. After joining a line with 6 people in front of me they opened up a second check stand but made no effort to take the “next person in line”. My cashier was SO SLOW I gave up (with only 2 people in front of me) I just walked out. And according to Google this is a “much less busy” time. Update 4/2022: Sat afternoon and there were fewer crowds, sanitizing wipes for your cart at the entrance, the usual good prices. I’ll be coming back again…"
