She answered all of my questions and made the scheduling and set up a breeze - they even make the invitations for you!! She and her family had recently had a death in their family, but I left a message and she got right back with me. Very personable and professional even during their hardship. The actual party was a hit for the kids and the adults! The team that came to assist and set up the bus were on time, nice and pleasant. The kids had the ultimate experience.
