"Me and my kids have been shopping in clairs Spence they were in diapers never once have I had a problem there. There service was great instill this afternoon we were waiting in line for almost an hour ! That is so ridiculous . And you want to know why service person was doing a girls earrings yeah yeah yeah I don’t mind that but I do mine when she doesn’t even think about coming up to the register to help three folks in line she just goes on to do in another person‘s ears peirsed when we got there befor them that it is ridiculous I am never bringing my kids there again your service is terrible"

"I shopped with my daughter and granddaughter for 40 minutes. The granddaughter is just so happy to be there surrounded by so many hair, ear, girl accessories! They had a great sale the day we were there and all 3 of us stocked up on our bling. The sales girl was fun and helpful. The store was clean and bright. Tons of extra accessories selections for an 11 year old girl. I love my new head band also"
