"Customer service is a joke here; including with management. Why have a pickup service for drive-thru if no one will acknowledge that you’re there waiting on a paid order. They never come to the window to even check or offer assistance. I’ve literally been waiting here for almost 15 minutes. This was my second time; yet somehow I thought it would be a different experience. And by the way once the order is sent to the store; it’s unable to be cancelled. If there is a specific process for picking up orders; then it should be made clear at the kiosk not just assumed everyone is aware."

"Cheapest gas in the local 30-minute radius! $2.34 for regular, last week 15jan24. Clean, well stocked and modern convenience store, stop by if you're passing through!"

"I visit here frequently. I'm impressed by the variety and selection of the store goods as well as the Made-To-Order (MTO) food menu. I have ordered here about 4 times and I had to wait a full 10 minutes once to get my food order even when I was the only one in line. The MTO food is always fresh, correct, and worth the price though. There's always food deals in the app / in-store. This location offers 87, 88 (E15), 89, 93 and 94 (E15 FLEX) Octane Gas as well as On-Road Diesel. The bathrooms are also well kept and maintained. The gas pumps, outside trash receptacles, window washer stations, and parking lot are also very well maintained. -1 star for the free Air Pump constantly needing maintenance because its user interface buttons are completely broken."

"Sheetz tends to have clean facilities, with friendly people, this location had the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever seen in a Sheetz, with multiple surfaces dirty and the facilities were in need of some repair. The people were nice however."
