"Shame on U-turn for putting kids lives at risk. Its mortifying to have the kids come to class at Own-Touch in this building and deny access to the kids going into the entrance and forcing them to go to the side of the building where there is no parking or drop off available other than a busy road or parking across the street where they have to cross busy traffic. They are waiting for a child to get run over before they change it back and even after multiple complaints of the danger, they still are not willing to allow the children use the front entrance. We have been coming to Own-Touch for about 7 years and its always one thing or another with the U-turn building administration that we have had to deal with over the years. I hope that Own-Touch ends up moving to someplace that values children's lives."

"I would not suggest working for or involving yourself with this organization. It is very poorly operated, run on ego instead of hard work, structure, and professionalism. They don’t pay their contracted employees... They consider reimbursements taxable income... Their facility is very run down with many spots in their hardwood broken or with nail heads sticking out which poses a serious safety concern to athletes. They have one place to fill water and the cooler barely outputs a stream of water, often creating a huge line. They’re also nearly impossible to communicate with as they won’t respond to emails or calls. Everything mentioned above was experienced personally."

"Our time at U-Turn Sports was amazing! From the time we reached out to an employee to book the space to the time that we left, they took great care of us! We had a few last minute requests and the employees went above and beyond to help us out. We planned a floor hockey tournament for a retreat and had a space to have a catered lunch as well. The staff was accommodating and the space was perfect for us. We will definitely use this space again!"

"We were delighted with the performance space at U-Turn and with their exceptional help with setup and production. We (People International & L'Arche "Gold Chicken" Players) produced a variety show with 70 performers of all abilities and disabilities. They sang, danced, and shared contagious kindness. U-Turn was SO helpful and understanding of our last minute changes. Our cast and audience included numerous in wheelchairs and with various disabilities and U-Turn couldn't have been more accommodating. There's lots of space for the audience, yet the stage is small. We used fold up chairs and the floor for the audience is flat, so there are some visability issues. That said, the stage is high, so the performers who could fit on the stage were visible. Others performed on the floor in front of the stage and visibility depended on where one sat. That said, our show had many more performers than most shows will have. Thank you, U-Turn.
