"Chris installed a simple shower kit for me that did not fit after he went with me to pick it out. He tried installing it and left it that way and never came back to fix his mess. His contracts are self written and he is not licensed in the state of VA nor insured. If you hire him you will end up just like all the other 1 star reviews on here (many have been taken down because of his fabricating replies). He will convince you to sign a bogus contract and expect money upfront. That right there should make you run. Once you give him money he will start your job and that is it, he will NEVER finish it. Once he spends the money he comes back to you for more and if you don't give it to him, well then he just disappears and you are left to finish your own job. I personally have witnessed him do this to 7 innocent customers. Zachary and Joseph are just 2 of them. See for yourself at VA Courts dot gov -Civil , it's online and free for public use.There is so much to more to add to this review but Google keeps taking down the truth being told to protect others while Mr Jenkins is leaving me threatening voice mail messages that I will be taking to the magistrate's office. Just be good to yourself and find an honest and licensed contractor."

"I would not recommend Mr. Jenkins for Bathroom remodel. I hired him in February of 2022 and by January of 2023 my bathroom was half done! I supplied the tile and fixtures on a bathroom with the dimensions of 8 feet X 5 feet. He charged me $8000.00 for labor plus the cement backing board called Durrock. I paid him the $8,000.00 through out the first 8 months of this debacle (he had truck problems, motorcycle problems, cant find he cat, etc...). He finally told me he could not afford help to finish my project and it would take months before he could find someone. I found out that he was working on other clients projects and put mine on the back burner. Eventually I new it was a loss caused and hired a reputable company to finish the project for $9500.00 and they had to redo most of the work that he installed. I am going to try to recoup half of my money through the court system. If you do hire Mr. Jenkins look over the contract thoroughly to insure you have a start date and finish date of the project he is to do for you."

"I would not recommend the service to anyone for any reason. Mr Jenkins is not licensed in the state of VA to perform this work, check the DPOR site to verify. Additionally, Mr. Jenkins is the antithesis of a professional. After agreeing to a scope of work over the phone and receiving the deposit, once on site, he offered an alternative scope of work that was totally unacceptable. His poorly worded contract mentions nothing about non-refundable deposits, but he refused to return the deposit (because he had spent it already). Mr. Jenkins does not honor the Buyers Remorse law in the state of Virginia either. I would recommend a professional company."
