City Nails

"I was a returning customer for over a year faithfully , I would let Vicky do my nails - she is so rude - very rough with the tools on your nails -if you confirm an appointment the day before she would text you , ask you to move your time up , the day of your appointment she will text you , ask you if you coming. Ask you how long you will be, she will rush on your nails - she does not value her customers at all , if you got there and changed your mind. She will be mad, state rude comments DONT GO THERE, take your money somewhere else ."

"First of all… I’m not understanding why Vicki has absolutely no customer service such an unpleasant environment ..???!!! Literally rushes you and yells at you as soon as you walk through the door ? This place is not doing COVID restrictions at all?! The place is filthy , they are not doing 6ft between customers and the have no coverings on the pedicure station? They say they have someone available to do your nails then seat you with your feet soaking in water for 30 minutes? This is not the first time, but it will be my last time returning."
