"I had a wonderful experience! My cousin took me there for my Birthday and let me just say I felt like royalty. Customer service was on point, it was super clean, and plenty of options for services to choose from. Sabrina did my nails and feet and I was greatly satisfied. One of my nails chipped I went back and they fixed it with no problem!"

"Literally the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The women who did our nails acted annoyed the entire time and rushed through the service. I assume it’s because I brought my 4 year old to get her nails done too. Not kid friendly."

"I had an amazinggg experience with Escape nails, Walked in I was greeted and the Christmas ambiance was totally stunning. It was a cozy relaxing atmosphere and Wine was great along with me having grapes and pineapples delicious. My nails turned out nicely done with the colors and Christmas theme I was going for, I love it. If you’re looking for a great nail place that’s decent I definitely recommend it and Paola is the besttt. She also took pictures for me hand model her work"

"I came here a few times before with great experiences and thought going before a trip with my friend to get pedicures together (and a dip manicure for me) would be really nice to get us excited to travel. Both of us had a few toenails that had blood by the end and they were sore the next few days. My dip manicure was a disaster- The girl that did them didn’t bother to shape the dip down and my nails were so thick and lumpy, I couldn’t use my hands. She also tore up my cuticles and again, there was bleeding. And she did not brush off all the dust and instead just rubbed it in with the lotion at the end and rushed us out. I will say, I went back the next day to ask for a redo and hopefully a refund. I was able to get the manicure completely redone but I had to push for it after being told they could “thin it out” and asking if I wanted the same technician to redo them. Stood my ground on that for a more advanced tech but felt intimidated doing so. However when I mentioned the pedicures being bad too, I was met with a blank stare and I decided that it wasn’t worth the time. I will not be back. 2 stars simply because I was able to have the mani redone and the girl that fixed me up was VERY good and gentle and the nails looked great. Without her, it would be 1 star."

"Dip will chip off in less than two weeks (see other reviews re: this). Nails looked very good but in less than two weeks, it’s all coming off. Dip usually stays on my nails for over 3 weeks. Called the salon and was told that I’d have to PAY to have them fixed. They told me you have to call within 3 days if something is wrong. That is an INSANE policy. I already over paid to begin with. They’re over priced and apparently not using quality product. MANY other reviewers have had the same experience. Added a pic as well."
