"Some of the rudest people I have dealt with lately. I had a simple question about how the policy was listed on the declaration page and asked if it could be changed. They laughed over the phone without any help then after pausing for a long time told me they were putting me on hold. Within the next 15 second, they hung up on me. I waited for a call back and did not get one so I called again and spoke to another woman. She knew the exact situation and who I was since they had clearly being just talking about it. I would not recommend them or their condescending tones."

"I recently moved to the area, but have been a State Farm customer for years with another agent/office. When I informed this office that their quote was over $100 more than other leading companies, they didn't offer us anything to stay with State Farm. I was shocked - they don't seem to care about customer loyalty at all, so we just canceled. On the positive side, the quote was quickly received and the representative on the phone was pleasant, though seemed in a rush."

"This office of Statefarm has the worst customer service! I called the office to get road side assistance and it took 5 hours for them to get someone out to jump my car, which took 2 minutes ( once the person finally showed). After the third hour, I called the office to have them choose another company because the first one had not shown up. The representative had the nerve to ask me, " what do you want me to do", with an attitude! After a back and forth with this person, she put me on hold forever and never returned to give me a status update. I finally just hung up. Take my advise, once you are a customer, their service will be subpar to useless. They just want to collect your money without providing the necessary services."
