"First and foremost let me start by saying I’ve been buying paint from this store for a few years now. But sometimes you get staff members who don’t care about the integrity of the company or product. I have a 5Gl. Pail of white paint that after 2 yrs the color changed to beige. The clerk immediately said “we not gonna give give free paint!” I was polite and didn’t expect a hand out but the least you can do for an American company that’s holds a stake in the paint world is say “ hey how much touch up paint do you need let’s work something out” that’s just my perspective as a painter for over 15+years. But that’s just how companies do business when they hire staff member who have no knowledge. It’s sad where things are headed all because they don’t give out “free paint” don’t expect my business or a referral but rather a precaution about the service and quality of BM. Btw the paint pail was locked and kept in a controlled climate exclusively for paints. With so many options now and the power of the internet companies should be mindful of the customer and train staff to make a critical decision base of the situation at hand . Besides, it’s only paint!"
