"As a gay couple my partner and I are familiar with discrimination but never thought it would happen at a place like Joann and especially by an employee! My partner went in to buy yarn and decor and was where UF gear, where we met. He went to get help and some emancipated young woman refused to help and said “I don’t help white men from florida” and walked away! I guess we can feel comfortable at Joann either."

"I was very unhappy to drive all the way there tonight only to find out they had a hand written note on the oor saying they closed at 6 p.m. I got there about 6:19. The weather wasn't bad so I wonder what happened. Very disappointing to waste so much time and not be able to get what I needed."

"I ordered and paid online for several items. Why do I now have to stand in a long line in the store to pick up?! Is t the point of buying on line with store pick up to AVOID long lines? And WHY on a Saturday are there only TWO registers open??? This is INSANE! Oh!! And one register is now down because the cashier needs help from a manager to change the paper in the register!! But the cashier standing there waiting cannot turn around and pick my order up off the shelf behind her??"
