"I am glad to see that the brick and mortar stores are doing so well, that they can turn down business. I went in to have two items matted and framed and was told that they could not take any more business. I said, I get it but this isn't for a gift, just let me know what the time frame might be. I was told to come back in 2024. Guess the odds of that happening. I went to another store and put my order."

"They doesn't honor their holds time period for pick up orders. I was told I had until the 30th to pick up. Per the store, it expired at 12:00am and per Corp chat they have no control over the store systems. Entirely misleading. They tried to have it reordered at higher prices."

"They have a large variety of crafting supplies was just not what I needed. I went in looking for quilling material and was disappointed to see none. I mean, of course, they had paper, but I was hoping for precut-sized strips. I looked everywhere for an associate but the only one I could fine was working at the checkout line. She tried to assist me but wasn't able to walk away."

"You can never go wrong with Michael's. This location is clean and organized. The only issue I had was due to system issues they were unable to look up my receipt. So because they have system issues, I need to be inconvenienced and take a low store credit. I think not! The other location would have figured it out and apologized for the inconvenience. I use this location for emergency only anyway."

"This is a good, well-run Michaels craft store. An extensive selection of supplies and tools of all sorts, plus toys, decorations, and a lot more. My personal experience with their custom-framing quality has been less satisfactory (your mileage may vary), but otherwise I can recommend the store."
