"There are two parts to this review - one for the quality and one for the customer service. The glass cutting quality is very nice, and they were able to match my dining table glass back to the original. The CS is so-so - I got an estimate 6 months and then 1 week prior, and was OK with the price. However, when I went to drop off the glass section piece, the price all of a sudden jumped 100$, and since I already brought the large piece I had no other option. I understand that prices change, but since I had two quotes I wasn't expecting such a jump. The guys who delivered the glass were nice and professional."
