When I asked an employee how it happens that everyone makes an effort to help…his reply “this is a good place to work”. Enough Said."

"I went in last night to pick up flowers and dessert for my mom to continue celebrating her anniversary. My dad has been gone almost 13 years. I picked out an assortment of stems and the florist happened to walk by and struck up a conversation. He was so unbelievably wonderful and asked if he could arrange them for me. It turned out so beautifully! His kindness just about brought me to tears. Unparalleled customer service."

"I just spent 30 minutes trying to fill out an order for Christmas platters that I would like to pay for upfront and pick up on December 24 ,2023, and because of so many intrusive ads on their website. I could not accomplish what I was trying to do. I have almost 200.00 worth of food I would like to buy, but it seems like they could care less . I called their store, and it just hung up on me . "I have always loved fresh markets, chicken salad from their deli. I went into the store recently and noticed that it looked different. I asked the person behind the counter if it had changed. It took a little bit of going back-and-forth and I was told “we change the way we process it“. Well, I can tell you it tasted nothing like it used to. Whatever you did, I would stop doing and go back to how you made it in house before. The chicken salad was one of the things that definitely drew me into the store most often. Don’t mess with perfection."
