"A friend recommended I come here for help with my phone. The manager, Rodney and everyone on his staff that I dealt with (Jeremy and Megan) were extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I ended up having to leave my phone for several hours. When I came back for it Rodney showed me everything he did, and showed me how to navigate through it all in a way that was easy to understand. That's a big deal for me, because I am not good with computers at all. Despite changing my request midway and asking a ton of questions all the way through it, everyone there treated me like like they were happy to do whatever it took to get me what I needed. If you need something done with your phone or device and you aren't computer savvy, or if you just don't have the time I highly recommend TechBox."
