"Quality of service has gone downhill. Soda and Slurpee machines never work and Arizona teas are stocked half of the time. The gas pumps require PINs on all credit cards, if you don't have one, expect to pay inside. Sometimes the pumps run extremely slowly! Better off taking Business 29 and refueling in Culpeper."
