Everytime I call, management says they’re going to send it to their billing department to send me a check in the mail. Calling corporate at this point."

"Kindercare has been absolutely amazing to us. We came from two unsuccessful in home daycares so we decided to try a center. We have 2 under 2 and the progress we have seen such a growth in their development with both our kids and has been incredible. Each day our kids do artwork, read books, dance, and have the same schedule. We have ease with the app, that provides diaper changes, snacks, meals, and even pictures throughout their day. Each morning you are greeted with warm good mornings, along with every teacher knowing our kids names and welcoming them in with exciting personalities! They are great at explaining anything we might have questions about and anytime an incident happens we are immediately notified and kept up to date and is always well documented. Thank you to all the staff, we greatly appreciate you all!"

"My children have been attending KinderCare in Culpeper for almost three years. I have the utmost trust in each and every staff member. My kids absolutely love their teachers and I do too! Our teachers have been communicative and available to talk should I have a question or concern. Currently they are going ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of the children and continue their education during COVID. I whole heartedly recommend KinderCare to anyone looking for child care and preparation for Kindergarten. I also recommend KinderCare's after school program. My oldest has made wonderful friends and really enjoys his time there."
