"I have been going to the gym pretty consistently since joining Golds and having a PT. Calvin is amazing and he pushes me to limits I never would have done myself! He’s helped me so so much and even when the contract is up he has motivated me to continue to work hard! The gym is very clean the staff is amazing (gotta shout out Gabe and Chris!) and I love that they have a daycare and a ladies only section at the gym (for those who don’t feel comfortable) I never feel judged there! They have so many courses you can take, the sauna has become one of my favorites along with the Hydromassage. I would absolutely recommend this gym over any other ones…. (I’ve tried many)."
"I really enjoy going to this gym and they provide great hospitality, a HUGE variety of workout equipment to choose from, and other amazing features they have that could take your level of fitness to the "NEXT LEVEL." Furthermore, they provide knowledgeable personal trainers to help those that are in need of reaching a particular fitness goal as for me I signed up with a personal trainer by the name of Clare and I must say she hands down knows how to get you into the right direction towards obtaining better health, highly recommended!!! Well don't just take my word for it the best way is to experience it for yourselves. Health is Wealth, take care everyone."
