"My family is relocating from Raleigh Nc and was very disappointed with 2 prospect daycare facilities we toured. Our family was spoiled with our previous child care at bright horizons. The places in vb had cleanliness and kid-loving environment concerns. I was not convinced that they were places I would feel confident about my child being. I called around many other daycares that had extremely long waitlists. I was very lucky that Ms. Carmen answered my call. She was genuinely happy and welcoming. Less than 30 minutes after calling, I was able to tour the facility and meet my son potential teach who also appeared genuinely caring and happy to be with children. "Never had a kid go there. Just walk my dogs beside the place. Today I observed a little girl balled up and crying in the corner of their outside fencing. With a handful of bigger kids standing over her. I had to let the lady watching them know. She was all the way back by the building with her face in her phone. She replied okay I got it. I don't know her personally but I sensed a little bit of an attitude. She continued to sit where she was. When I yelled over to the lady. All the kids stopped doing what they were doing. I guess the little girl saw that was her moment to run over to the lady. Once she got there. She told the little girl that she needed to let somebody know. Seemingly passing the blame. Hopefully this place has a phone policy and this is just a one-off. I did call and speak with somebody. They did seem genuinely concerned. Hopefully it wasn't just fluff. To get me off the phone."
