I am a nurse so I can’t have the tips on my nails and I explained that I just want to use my own nails and do a dip! They were so kind about it! I love them so much! Thank you for all you do!"

"I went in about a month and a half ago and got my nails done. Absolutely loved it. The lady was amazing and when I found ann issue they fixed it without making me feel like a nag. Went in today and decided to get a mani and pedi. The pedicure was great till the end. Someone came in and wanted to do the VIP Room and my nail tech left to service her. My toenail was left sharp and it felt awkward to get a new tech at the end. I was taken to get my dip powder nail done and the nail tech tried to talk me into a different item then my nails were left misshapen and weird. She ask made me feel really awkward during the whole process and was more focused on her phone then my nails. I thought I would really like this place but looks like I’m off looking for a new one again!"

"Would not recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy. went in for two simple nails to be fixed as I was going on vacation and my regular nail salon didn’t have time for the appointment, I called ahead to see how busy they were and they said that I could come in and it was fine and when I got there I was told to find a color and have a seat and wait. after about 15 minutes of me sitting there looking through the color pallets he then comes back and asked me what I want and I explain to him that I just needed two nails fixed and repainted with the same design I had on previously. I had a hard time finding an exact color match to what was already on my nails due to being in a different salon so I asked if he could just redo the same design on my nails that I already had and he said yes. He then, proceeded to take off all of my acrylic nails when I just needed them to be repainted and started a brand new set. I told him I just wanted the same length and everything that I had had before. Then about halfway through him adding the new acrylics on he told me to get up and move because I was switching nail artists and so I got up and moved to that chair, and that nail artist asked me if I wanted extremely long nails I said no and then he asked me why I told him that. I never said I wanted extremely long nails? We both just looked at each other until he continued on my nails, and then it took another hour and two different nail techs to do a French tip design. Then I was charged 65 dollars for a full set when I literally just wanted two nails fixed? This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here and I’ve definitely learned my lesson about cheating on my nail salon!"
