Childtime on Providence Road

"0/5 I only gave one start to do the review. I would never recommend anyone to this daycare. My daughter was attacked almost daily. When I toured the daycare it seemed very nice, but that was all FAKE! My kid was in the 2 y/o room they ran around all day like wild animals. I would pick her up and her face & all the other kids faces would be so nasty with snot, dirt and anything else they ate that day. I guess wiping the babies faces wasn’t apart of their job smh… I had lots of problems some of the biggest are as follow she was outside for 2 hours in 40° weather. When confronted they seemed very nonchalant about the incident. She came home daily with a new scratch, bite, or bruise. The note mark pictured below I was not notified until I came to pick her up. & they said “at least this one didn’t break the skin” like what.. smh.. She got that scratch under her eye on her very last day attending the daycare and I was NOT TOLF ABOUT IT AT ALL!! The director is impossible to get in contact with she never returned calls, emails or even communication in the sprout about app. This place also left a kid outside in 90° SUMMER HEAT ALONE & NO ONE FOUND THE KID UNTIL THE MOM CAME TO GET HIM! My daughter got Hand Foot Mouth Syndrome and I went to the daycare in person to let director know “be a cause no one was answering the phone per usual” and they didn’t notify any other parents until 4 DAYS LATER ! The neglect and lack of structure in this establishment is absolutely outrageous. I pulled my daughter from the daycare AS SOON AS I COULD! As we all know there are waitlist at almost every daycare unfortunately. I am so so happy to have SAVED my baby from this horrible place. They should be ashamed of how they treat these babies and how they let the teaches just sit around and do nothing all day! Teach the kids, play with the kids, colors, shapes, numbers anything! This place needs a whole revamp, new director to start! Someone who’s going to make sure the teachers are TEACHING, then get some people in there that are going to actually interact with the kids!"

"Would not recommend, kids frequently get bit or hurt and nothing is done about it, only two of the six incidents pictured were known and documented by staff/management . I discovered most of these bite marks or injury during nightly bath time. Loved some of the teachers but they were definitely overwhelmed with no support from management, and when that happens then frequent incidents happen. My sons last week he came home with a soaking wet diaper and I was informed they ran out of pull-ups so they could not do the afternoon diaper changes. Overall the center just needs different management and more organization!"

"We have loved our experience at this center so far. The staff is so welcoming, our two year old immediately felt at ease and they went out of their way to make our slow to warm toddler comfortable."

"This child time location is the absolute best. The teachers are kind, patient, and caring. The director Macy, is absolutely amazing. They take the time to make you feel like family. My kids absolutely love coming here and I am so happy to know they are in a safe environment to learn and play. I have never had any major issues and any concerns I have had have been addressed swiftly and effectively. I am so grateful for the staff here being such a great help in raising my little ones. I couldn't do this without them."

"This Childtime is amazing. My daughter goes for before and after school care so they drop her off and pick her up at school every day. It's an amazing stress relief for a dual military family trying to work with our working hours. The teachers are amazing and my daughter adores them all, which is saying a lot since she's not a big people person. They always have fun activities every day and when school isn't in session they go on field trips. I cannot say enough about this facility."
