The other thing I didn’t understand was the $199 set up charge. Nor why my product was not voided from the free massage chair position. As I said. Dan was great but some of the store policies do not seem fair."

"The staff are very friendly and courteous despite being super busy. They do not offer a military discount, but were able to make up for it by the sale prices. My husband went in here to look for a home gym because the gyms have been closed for a while. We ended up getting an Inspire cage and bench with a preacher and leg curl attachment. When we went in to arrange delivery, we purchased the Octane Fitness xR6si elliptical bike for his cardio. The bench was on back order, so when we went yesterday to find out if they had gotten it in yet we found a Hyp1 Inspire hypertension bench which will finish his gym along with a few plates. We were able to get the bench when we picked up the hypertension bench the next day. We will pick up the plates next week. They have a nice massage chair that we will be looking at purchasing in a few years when we build our own house. Update: We have bought all our fitness equipment from here. The staff is awesome and super helpful. We have 12 pieces of equipment, several weights and stands, along with several different accessories from here. We will not purchase equipment from anywhere else. We even got the massage chair! Next purchase will probably be a pool table."
