"What is it about walk-in clients that this business despises? Is our money not the same? I attempted to get a haircut on a Saturday morning at around 930 and was told that there would be a wait. It was Saturday and I fully expected that. After being told this by the barber in the second chair, it was like I wasn't there in the shop. When I arrived there were four barbers in the shop. One barber left, and the remaining three had a steady stream of what looked to be appointments. A woman, who came in after me, with her young son left. I continued to wait, but gave up after an hour and a half of waiting. This was not first time this has happened to me in this establishment. Why is there not a barber on duty that can deal with walk-ins? I truly love to support black owned businesses such as this one. This is why I tried to give them a second chance. My support, however, ends when they don't value me or my time."
"Have been coming here for a short while getting my son's hair cut. We've gone to every barber in town and the experiences were horrible. I read the reviews and was skeptical but several of the young men in my church came here for cuts and they were sharp. My son likes the place so that is good enough for me. Our very first visit, the young men were a bit rowdy but they showed respect to me as a woman and mom. Since then, upon every visit we are greeted with friendly greetings. The shop is very clean and the barbers seem to have a great rapport with their clients. A huge up side is the owner Jaz loves giving back to the community. He worked with my church to provide free cuts for our back to school event. They were the only barber shop in the neighborhood to do so. Kudos to this young man and his staff for what they are doing at this barber shop. Blessings to you gentlemen"
