"The salon was clean and nice , but definitely didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service. I walked in saying hello and got nothing in response just the lady staring at me, expecting her to say « Hi what brings you in today » It ended up being awkward and I showed her some pictures that I would like to get done, She looked at me with a stupid look and said I’m showing her 3 different pictures and to choose one. When all 3 were the same thing just from different angles and she still didn’t do it the way the picture looked. It wasn’t too expensive but people really need to fix their customer service if they want clients."

She was highly skilled and knowledgeable, and she made sure to explain each step of the process so I knew what to expect. I also appreciated her attention to detail - she didn't rush through the appointment, but instead took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She was also friendly and personable, which made the whole experience even better.
