"I 100% recommend this daycare! Everything is worth it, the staff is absolutely respectful and professional. I feel like the relationships i have built with them are very genuine and that is something that is very important for me being that i wanna know who is around my son. My son loves everyone there and it's amazing that they all have relationships with him. At his last daycare he cried almost every morning when i handed him over now that we're here he's practically jumping out of my arms to go with who i call his "daycare mamas". I have never felt this comfortable with a daycare watching my child. If you're wondering if this place would be a good fit for your child/children IT IS!! From the live updates and pics through the app to the huge tv screen showing all the classrooms when you first walk in, i have NEVER been happier!! I appreciate all that these workers do with making my son the happiest little man! 5 stars isn't enough to rate them in my book :)"
"I am very disappointed in this daycare! I took my 2 year old here for about 3 months, He did cry a lot and the main teacher, I could tell she did not like working with him. The first day I went every one was nice and the teacher took her time and spoke to me. After that the teacher and the receptionist ignore me all the time. I would run into the teacher in the hall, she always ignored me. The director, it very money, money, money mentally. I decided to remove him from the daycare his last day the teacher rushed me out of the class, put all of his supplies in my arms and rushed me out. This was about 1 year half ago, very time a pass the daycare I feel disappointed, and thought Iโd let other parents know. I took him to Kindercare off of Courthouse Rd, They are the nicest people ever, he stoped crying and they always say hi to me and make small talk to me."
"My children have been going to the Minnieland on Leavells Rd, and all I can say is that each and everyone of them is AMAZING! They love my children unconditionally !! My 4 yr old has learned so much from being in the Montessori Program. Thank you all so much for all that you do for my children everyday โค"
"The first few days my daughter went to Minnieland Academy at Leavells, I thought they were good. Then I started to see what actually went on at this center. They call the infant room a shoe free zone. This is not true. Over the course of the 10 days that my daughter went to this school, I saw staff, school aged kids, and other parents walk into and out of this room with their shoes on (no shoe covers worn even though they are provided outside of the door). During the course of one week (Monday through Friday), I picked my daughter up from 4 different caregivers. There is no continuity of care, which is important for infants. I frequently went to pick my daughter up and found her sleeping in a bouncer. I do not know why they keep the door locked. In the evening when picking up my daughter, I would ring the doorbell and I would get buzzed in without any checking to see who was ringing the door bell. I asked the staff member of the infant room who buzzes the door open if she ever looks to see who it is before opening the door. She said sometimes. Really? Why even lock the door then? The last straw was when I went to pick up my daughter on a Friday evening. She was the last infant to be picked up so it was just her and one staff member in the infant room. My daughter was laying in a bouncer crying all by herself. The staff member was on the other side of the room doing I don't know what. She told me the baby was crying because she had a bowel movement. Why could she not pick up my daughter to console her? This same staff member then told me how she did not even want to work today because she was tired from going to her daughter's engagement party the evening before. The care they gave my daughter was horrible. Most days when I picked my daughter up, she looked sad and her eyes were usually red from crying. I would like to give this place zero stars but that was not an option."
