"I used to like this place, and I've been here since they opened the facility, but lately the bathrooms are a mess. Please put those "employees" to use chlorine and wash the damn floors once in awhile. They need to be cleaned every day, but hey, if the money are keep coming in, why bother ?"

"Wish I could give negative stars. They cancelled my daughters birthday party due to a “scheduling conflict” 3 weeks before the party was supposed to happen. I scheduled her party in Oct for December. I have the original confirmation email showing my deposit. I tried calling this establishment multiple times and was met with either no answer whatsoever so I was to leave a voicemail which I did but never heard back from anyone. They finally called me back on Nov 9th and I was assuming it was to finally respond to my phone calls but it was only them telling me they “forgot they had a soccer tournament scheduled for that week and no one blocked it off on their end so unfortunately they are cancelling my party”. The level of unprofessional behavior and conduct is beyond me. I had already sent our invites as their facility required a head count 1 week prior to the event and the week before is thanksgiving weekend. I was met with nothing except I’m sorry there is nothing I can do except change the day of the event. Even if I could have done this I wouldn’t have. How can I trust that you guys wouldn’t have “forgotten” another even and cancelled on me again. They then asked me if I wanted my deposit back? Of course I do?! Thankfully I will be going to another facility in the area that will help me make the party actually happen. Honestly disgusted with this place."

"Second time here for thirftworld... nice faculty... but someone should adjust the temperature when events are going on to match the weather... it was 70 degrees outside, and the heat was on 85.. people were complaining about how hot it was, and they needed to hurry up and get out."

"This was a great place for a small birthday party. I like that your reserved time includes the party room. The game room is pretty nice, but I wouldn't do a party exceeding 10-15 people. There is plenty of parking around the building. I feel like the pricing is really good for a 2 hour party, which includes 2 large pizzas, bottomless fountain drinks, and a mildly decorated room. Includes plasticware, napkins, and cups. I only wish there was a larger food selection. The pizza was..meh at best. Crust was dry and tough, not much sauce and could have used more cheese. The only thing that gave the pizza any flavor was the sauce. Despite that, the staff was friendly and helpful and checked in often to make sure the party went smoothly. I would go back again, but I would prefer to bring my own food."

"Sports programs are ran fairly well, only exception is back orders on shirts and often no house ball available. The facilities are old and dirty. Staff is awesome, helpful, and friendly."
