"I’ve done a lot of business in the sales department for quite a while but recently needed some mechanical work done and this is by far the worst costumer service I’ve ever had. I needed something done and was willing to pay the over priced fee just to have it done but instead they only wanted to sell me the part to do it myself. They said it was easy and would only take a few minutes but I’d have to drop it off and come back which wasn’t a problem but a few days later they told me something else needed done and I’d have to talk to a certain employee for further info so they put me on hold and eventually hung up. This happened twice then they told me they would write my name and number down and give me a call back when he was available. I’m still waiting on this phone call 2 days later."
