"While the salon was nice and the booking experience smooth, my hairdresser Kate was not confident or skilled with my curly hair cut. My hair ended up shorter than I said I wanted, the layers were not well blended, and the top was flat. She ended up cutting it twice because I was unhappy with the first cut. It ended up looking ok, but the experience was frustrating and I will not go back."
